Quadra – Delete your account

In the app

Open Quadra and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Without the app

Send an e-mail to mkcecen@hotmail.com with the subject "Quadra account deletion" and your username. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

Your username, country and language.
All game data: puzzle times, daily results, rankings, streaks and badges.
Friends and friend requests, hint balance and reward counters.
The link between your account and your device.

What may be kept

To enforce the "one game per day" rule, the random app-generated device ID and which of today's puzzles were played on it may be kept, not linked to any account, until the end of the day (UTC).
Server logs (IP address, request time) are deleted within 30 days.
Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is handled by Google under its own policy. You can reset your device's advertising ID in the system settings.

mkcecen@hotmail.com adresine "Quadra hesap silme" konulu, kullanıcı adını içeren bir e-posta gönder. Hesabı 30 gün içinde siler ve e-postayla bildiririz.

Silinenler

Kullanıcı adın, ülken ve dilin.
Tüm oyun verileri: bulmaca süreleri, günlük sonuçlar, sıralamalar, seriler ve rozetler.
Arkadaşlar ve arkadaşlık istekleri, ipucu bakiyesi ve ödül sayaçları.
Hesabınla cihazın arasındaki bağlantı.

Saklanabilecekler

"Günde bir oyun" kuralını korumak için uygulamanın ürettiği rastgele cihaz kimliği ve bu cihazda bugünün hangi bulmacalarının oynandığı, hiçbir hesaba bağlı olmadan gün sonuna (UTC) kadar tutulabilir.
Sunucu kayıtları (IP adresi, istek zamanı) 30 gün içinde silinir.
Google AdMob'un topladığı reklam verileri Google'ın kendi politikasına tabidir. Cihazının reklam kimliğini sistem ayarlarından sıfırlayabilirsin.

Öffne Quadra und wechsle zum Tab Profil.
Tippe auf Konto löschen und bestätige.

Dein Konto wird sofort gelöscht. Das Deinstallieren der App löscht dein Konto nicht.

Ohne die App

Schreibe eine E-Mail an mkcecen@hotmail.com mit dem Betreff „Quadra Kontolöschung“ und deinem Benutzernamen. Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen per E-Mail.

Was gelöscht wird

Dein Benutzername, dein Land und deine Sprache.
Alle Spieldaten: Rätselzeiten, Tagesergebnisse, Ranglisten, Serien und Abzeichen.
Freunde und Freundschaftsanfragen, Tipp-Guthaben und Prämienzähler.
Die Verknüpfung zwischen deinem Konto und deinem Gerät.

Was gespeichert bleiben kann

Um die Regel „ein Spiel pro Tag“ durchzusetzen, können die zufällige, von der App erzeugte Geräte-ID und die Information, welche der heutigen Rätsel darauf gespielt wurden, ohne Bezug zu einem Konto bis zum Tagesende (UTC) gespeichert bleiben.
Server-Protokolle (IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt) werden innerhalb von 30 Tagen gelöscht.
Von Google AdMob erhobene Werbedaten unterliegen der Richtlinie von Google. Du kannst die Werbe-ID deines Geräts in den Systemeinstellungen zurücksetzen.
